Digital products (guides, templates, playbooks, and blueprints) are delivered through a secure download link immediately after Stripe confirms payment. The link is time limited; purchasers may save the file for continued personal or internal business use. If delivery fails, contact us using the address below. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license and may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce the products.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method provided. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy below.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzzworthy Digital's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
