Kind Bowl Privacy Policy
The Kind Bowl Project is an independent, volunteer-led community initiative founded by Clinton Minus.
It is not a registered charity, nonprofit organization, 501(c)(3), animal shelter, rescue organization, veterinary provider, government program, or officially affiliated partner unless explicitly verified.
Data we collect
Volunteer data may include name, email, optional phone or messaging app, optional city, country, volunteer preferences, availability, experience, languages, source, and consent choices. Contributor data may include name, email, payment reference, amount, date, and tier. Media data may include submitted photos, videos, captions, display name, social handle, country, month, activity type, estimates, and consent records.
How data is used
Data is used for project coordination, moderation, impact reporting, contribution support, safety review, volunteer communication, and project updates. Email addresses are not added to Buzzworthy commercial marketing without separate consent.
Contributions
Payments are handled by a secure payment processor. The project does not store full card details.
Location privacy
The project does not publish exact feeding locations, bowl locations, real-time routes, GPS coordinates, geotags, home addresses, or sensitive location details.
Media removal and deletion
Submit deletion, correction, or media removal requests by email. We will review requests in good faith, although previously shared copies may not always be recoverable.
